Cohiba Edición Limitada 55 Aniversario (2021)

2021 will remain in the memories of all aficionados, as it marked the first year since the inception of the Festival del Habano that the event of the year could not take place. Since 1999, enthusiasts from around the world have gathered annually in Havana, Cuba, to celebrate and—with great fanfare—unveil new products.

Habanos S.A. was determined not to let the occasion pass unmarked and devised a plan to captivate the global audience with the allure of Habanos. It was a success! The three-day virtual event offered a wealth of highlights, including the debut of the Cohiba 55 Aniversario Edición Limitada 2021. Naturally, the “Habanos World Days” focused heavily on the premium brand Cohiba, which was celebrating its 55th anniversary that year.

The Cohiba 55 Aniversario Edición Limitada features a vitola—or size—unique within the Cuban portfolio. Measuring 150 mm in length with a substantial ring gauge of 57, this format is named “Victoria.” Etymologically, the name derives from the Latin word for “victory”—a fitting moniker, we believe, for such a powerful, top-tier brand.
